libfftw3-mpi3 software package provides MPI Library for computing Fast Fourier Transforms, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfftw3-mpi3
libfftw3-mpi3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfftw3-mpi3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfftw3-mpi3 *
You will get with libfftw3-mpi3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
